About Jarrett
Executive experience grounded in operations—and curiosity that keeps the work moving.
Jarrett Crosby is a supply-chain, logistics, enterprise-transformation, AI, and product executive. He has led transportation operations, enterprise procurement, consulting engagements, value engineering, product strategy, implementation, testing, customer adoption, and hands-on software builds.
The career arc
From physical flow to digital workflow.
Jarrett’s work began close to the movement of goods: inbound transportation, critical supplier lanes, carrier strategy, procurement systems, category leadership, and network design. Consulting and value-engineering roles widened the lens from a single operation to cross-functional transformation, executive business cases, product requirements, implementation, and customer outcomes.
More recently, that operating experience has moved directly into software. Across Share A Refund/EPISCS, EPISHIP, ClawPilot, and Eigen Racing, Jarrett has worked across business rules, workflows, AI-assisted analysis, data logic, requirements, developer partnership, testing, releases, and adoption.
Between chapters
Learning service from the other side of the window.
Between leadership roles, Jarrett is learning the coffee craft and serving from Suburbia Sandwich Company’s vintage Citroën HY. The work is tangible: prepare, listen, move the line, serve well, learn what did not work, and come back sharper.
Coffee Between Chapters is the wider story of that transition. Its YouTube vlog, Laid Off. Latte On., documents the experience and what Jarrett is learning about reinvention, service, and building what comes next.
