Supply chain · Logistics · AI · Product
I lead supply-chain, AI, and software transformations. Between leadership roles, I am learning the coffee craft, serving from Suburbia’s vintage Citroën HY, and documenting the journey.
15+ years across supply chain, logistics, enterprise transformation, product development, and AI-enabled operations.

One leadership approach, two working environments
Listen closely, diagnose the real problem, build what matters, serve well, and keep improving.

Products and platforms
Jarrett’s role varies by product. The common thread is translating domain expertise into workflows, rules, requirements, tests, releases, and adoption.
Parcel audit platform
Invoice and rate audit, service-failure recovery, contract and rate simulation, and AI-assisted analysis and support workflows.
Jarrett helped design and build the platform, partnering with developers from requirements through customer adoption.
Transportation management system
Multi-carrier rating and routing, service selection by cost and delivery, labels, manifests, customer billing, integrations, and 3PL billing logic.
Jarrett connected transportation-domain logic to product requirements, testing, release validation, and customer rollout.
AI-enabled business operations platform
CRM, a kanban project board, AI chat agents, Shopify and Faire workflows, and Shogo reconciliation, with emerging DOM/WMS, inventory, order, pick-pack, cartonization, and shipping capabilities.
Jarrett designed and built the platform and its operating controls, requirements, tests, releases, and adoption path.
Real-time race operations application
A secure endurance-racing operations console spanning preparation, team and event planning, driver availability, stint and fuel strategy, telemetry, optimization, live coordination, Discord workflows, and post-session improvement.
Jarrett owns the independent product from concept and architecture through testing, release, and live operation.

Selected transformation work
Implemented the full transformation roadmap across YMS, WMS, labor, continuous improvement and safety, and pricing; modeled projections were up to $12M in capacity growth plus $3M in pricing.
Implemented network redesign; improved replenishment by 20%+ and delivered $15M in savings.
A CPG e-commerce transformation produced more than $30M in cost takeout, and a small-parcel sourcing program delivered $10M in savings.
The $30M+ cost takeout and $10M savings are reported as delivered results.Modeled scenarios included working capital moving from 125 to 85 days, a €2.16M annual inventory-holding benefit, container utilization moving from 72% to 84%, and a 30% modeled reduction in cost per freight through milk runs.
Representative modeled business case, not an implemented client result. Assumptions require client validation before implementation.Managed portfolios and budgets from approximately $400M to $2.5B, including $5M–$7M in annual savings at The Children’s Place and $15M–$20M in annual savings at Macy’s.
